Grill snapper

Ingredients:

500 grams of fillet snapper

Marinade ingredients (mixed together)
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons chili sauce
3 tablespoons soy sauce rnanis
2 teaspoons liquid margarine

Sauce Ingredients: (mix together)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 onions, chopped
1 hot pepper, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice



How to make

1. Cut fish into 6 rectangular section.
2. Marinate the fish with the marinade mixture, then set aside for 15 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
3. Grill the fish on the embers of the fire as he flipped through until cooked.
4. Serve with sauce.
